I understand why she earned this award looking at her FW 2011 collection: lovely prints, volume and constructed clothes.. this reminds me a litte bit Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière

Alejandro Ingelmo is an accessory designer whose legacy dates back to his grandfather

He was a cobbler in Spain who migrated to Cuba where he founded the family business Ingelmo Shoes, known as one of the most prestigious shoe companies in Cuba

Alejandro was born in US and debuted with his first women's shoe collection in 2006 where he mingled the Cuban influences of his heritage with a directional NY edge

The brand quickly developed a cult for his classic silhouettes and these are some examples of his good work from the FW 2011 collection

Amanda Assad Mounser is a New-York based jewelry designer, who debuted her premiere collection for the FW 2009 season

The Assad Mounser aesthetic is inspired by the decadence of the 1970's glam rock culture

Fusing organic materials such as agate, druze and quartz with heavier metal chains and spikes the look is distinctly bohemian and edgy

This FW 2011 collection is absolutely fantastic! I could wear all pieces!

LIFEwithBIRD is an Australian label established by Nicholas Van Messner and Bridget McCall in 2002

LIFEwithBIRD is one of those brands that consistently offers contemporary pieces that are easy to wear, come in pretty shapes, and look great on various body types

These looks from the Resort 2012 collection are great for their simplicity and the palette of colors used

They are a good example of modern classics

Repossi X Alexander Wang

Repossi is a traditional Italian jewelry brand counting with Gaia Repossi, the only daughter of the founder Alberto Repossi, as the Artistic Director

These necklace and cuff are from the collection created in collaboration with one of the most talented designer nowadays, Alexander Wang

This debut collection is titled "Le Caniche" and is mainly composed of knitwear that advocate a more casual aesthetic
